With over 39 most enjoyable years “working” in the local real estate market I think it would be fair to say that I have a good idea of what most sellers are looking for when they are considering with whom to sell their property.
Sellers need to look past the rhetoric and pre-listing promises the agent makes (much like pre-election promises of most political parties).
My first roll is to listen; listen to your wants and needs; listen to what you expect from your agent and then if selected, to exceed any promises that I do make.
My aim is always to delight; both in a great outcome with minimum of stress to you.
I honestly believe that my negotiation skills (let’s say, not the ways most agents adopt) will ensure that we attain the highest price possible in the present market. How! This is something we can discuss at the appropriate time.
I hope that I will have the opportunity to meet and show you that all agents aren’t the same.
